1. The width adjustment components of the bottle feed are all made of aluminum profiles, one bottle type has one set of the aluminum components. There is no need to correct the width of each column, and it can be directly inserted. Only one worker is required to change the bottle type, and it is very convenient and quick to replace the bottle type replacement parts.

2. The bottle feeding part is controlled by photo electricity, 3 full bottle detection, using SICK sensor, one-hand adjustment device, can easily adjust the upper and lower positions to meet the requirements of different sizes of bottles.

3. The bottle driving part pushes the bottle groups that have been divided according to the requirements to the film winding area evenly to ensure the smooth operation of the bottles. Double chains are used to drive the movement of the bottle rushing rod, which effectively improves the running stability of the bottle group.

4. The appearance is simple and beautiful, the structure is novel and unique, and the maintenance is convenient. Pneumatic expansion support film roll, electronic induction film conveying, smooth film feeding, fast and convenient film changing.

5. The whole machine adopts Siemens motion control system, which integrates motion control, logic control and process control functions, providing a complete solution for production.

6. The shrink tunnel adopts circulating air technology, reasonable structure, heat insulation, high temperature control accuracy, and better shrink packaging effect.
