Frame Structure: The frame is manufactured using an integral casting process. This design enhances the structural integrity of the equipment, granting it higher rigidity and superior anti-vibration capability, thus laying a solid foundation for stable performance.
Heating Technology: The device adopts infrared lamp heating, which offers the advantage of strong heating penetration. Meanwhile, the dual design of bottle preform rotation and orbital heating ensures uniform heat diffusion, ultimately achieving fast, even, and trustworthy heating results.
Adaptability & Temperature Control: The baffles inside the heating tube can be flexibly adjusted in width and height, making the equipment compatible with different types of bottle preforms. Additionally, the built-in automatic exhaust function can timely regulate the internal environment of the heating tube, ensuring consistent heating conditions at all times.
Safety Mechanism: Every mechanical motion is equipped with a safety self-locking mechanism. When an error occurs during the production process, the system will immediately activate the protection program and automatically switch to a safe operating state to prevent hazards.
Drive & Environmental Friendliness: Cylinders are used as the driving components, eliminating the need for an additional oil pump. This not only eliminates oil contamination from the source to achieve clean operation but also effectively reduces the noise generated by the equipment during operation.
