A PET blow molding machine is defined as a production machine used to manufacture bottles of different shapes and sizes. Its working principle is not complicated: it heats a PET preform (referred to as a "bottle preform") and uses high-pressure gas to blow air into the heated preform, which is then shaped using a specific mold. It is widely used in the packaging industries for mineral water, beverages, edible oils, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

The first step is preheating. The preform body of the PET bottle is heated to a suitable molding temperature, ensuring uniform heating of the inner and outer walls. Since the bottle neck is already shaped, it does not require heating. Therefore, the bottle neck needs to be cooled during the preform heating process. The second step is blow molding. The evenly heated preform is fed into the blow molding die via a chain. Sterile high-pressure air is then blown into the preform through the center of the mandrel for circumferential stretching, inflating it until it adheres tightly to the die wall, followed by cooling. The third step is demolding. After blow molding, the machine vents and demolds the preform. The fourth step is conveying. The formed PET bottles are conveyed to the unloading station via a conveyor belt, where they are lifted and blown out by an unloading cylinder.
